About the Role
Nisolo’s flagship store is a critical brand touchpoint for local and visiting customers. The primary responsibilities of this role are to improve brand awareness and drive efficiencies across retail and our HQ office.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to achieve store sales goals while controlling expenses
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
- Enhance associate training initiatives with a focus on product knowledge and exceeding customer expectations
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Develop the clienteling strategy and overarching objectives, refine quarterly
- Collaborate closely with the Director of CX to curate a seamless and consistent customer experience across in-store and online platforms
- Efficiently manage retail inventory restocking and destocking efforts
- Uphold cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, leveraging support from the merchandising team
- Take ownership of planning and executing seasonal Warehouse Sales, aligning with organizational objectives
- Develop and deploy traffic-driving events, emphasizing brand visibility and customer engagement
- Oversee venue rentals at our flagship location, ensuring a seamless experience for clientele
- Support in various office admin responsibilities (less than 5 hours/wk)

- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
- Experience motivating others and driving store performance
Compensation: Based on previous experience and expertise.
