Responsibilities
- Create and deliver compelling graphic designs for an array of business units including Marketing, Web/Ecommerce, Omnichannel, and others
- Propose and create visual concepts based on creative requests, briefs, and outlined requirements for promotions, Marketing content, print materials and more
- Design, copywrite, and build all email marketing campaigns within current marketing platform
- Produce content across all digital and print Marketing channels including email, SMS, web/landing pages, social media, PR, paid advertising, catalog/direct mail, and more
- Design Omnichannel lookbooks, linesheets, retail store signage, brand pages for vendors, 3rd party sales materials and more
- Create other graphics, as needed, to support product development, packaging, product tags, corporate HR/hiring, presentations, and brand documents
- Maintain and uphold our creative approval process, including creative requests, project management, and approval flows
- Collaboratively manage the organization of assets from image library, to working files, to final delivery format for key stakeholders
- Post-produce, retouch, color correct, resize, clip, and quality control management of all photography
- Assist in the seasonal selection of photography from campaign shoots to ensure optimum assets for every channel are available for creative use
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years design experience at either a creative agency or in-house at a brand, preferably in retail and/or fashion at a direct-to-consumer, digitally native or digital savvy brand
- Expertise across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop); Sketch; Figma
- Proven copywriting skills and experience with brand tone and voice
- Previous experience with creative workflow and approval software such as Lytho, Asana, Monday, etc.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, Wunderkind, Campaign Monitor
- Demonstrated experience design principles, typography, user interfaces, web standards and usability
- Strong photo retouching skills
- Motion graphic experience preferred but not required
- Experience with the process of asset management amongst a high-volume of projects and deliverables
- Incredible organization skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing multiple functions in a fast paced, changing environment with a variety of stakeholders and deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
- Organized, professional, team-oriented, and highly motivated self-starter
